Senior FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in or around the Los Angeles area and available to work out of the El Segundo office once per month.

What you will do

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements and KPIs for executives and the board of directors.
• Conduct variance analyses to identify performance drivers and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to track the financial impact of business initiatives.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes in partnership with the Accounting team.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating workflows and optimizing financial reporting tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in or around the Los Angeles area.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate/Investment Banking.
• Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of financial statements.
• Familiarity with essential SaaS metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Tableau.
