What you will do

• Design, maintain, and govern project documentation structures and filing systems.
• Manage project databases, tracking tools, schedules, release status, KPIs, risks, and supporting evidence.
• Prepare status reports, traffic-light dashboards, monitoring matrices, management presentations, and executive reports.
• Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, protocols, and lessons learned.
• Track purchase requests and purchase orders throughout their full lifecycle.
• Support process improvement and project control initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of technical support experience in the automotive sector.
• Advanced proficiency with word processors and spreadsheets for reports and presentations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Think-cell and digital meeting-planning tools.
• Fluent English required.
