Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Support Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs with day-to-day clinical trial monitoring.
• Generate internal management reports, including open status and commented results reports.
• Prepare external management reports for Project Managers.
• Create study documents from templates during the study setup phase, including communication and escalation plans and ICOLABS forms.
• Apply hirify.global’s values and collaborate with colleagues, clients, patients, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, administration, healthcare, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required for meetings, documentation, and communication with international stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Prior clinical research or project management experience is preferred.
