Study Manager Home Health

What you will do

• Coordinate, administer, and document home health and decentralized clinical trial activities.
• Maintain study project plans, timelines, and management documentation.
• Train subcontracted resources, country study managers, nurses, and other clinicians.
• Support subcontracted resources through progress reviews, issue management, information sharing, and routine teleconferences.
• Coordinate with country study managers and clinicians to ensure visits are scheduled and completed on time.
• Review study documentation for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, including home health and decentralized trials experience.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient English and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory standards.
