Manager - International Real Estate Development (Mexico)

Location: Mexico. Hybrid field arrangement: work is primarily performed at hirify.global restaurants or other designated field locations, with remote work permitted when not working at a hirify.global location. Travel: 40%.

Salary: MXN 843,000.00–MXN 1,475,000.00 annually.

hirify.global operates a restaurant franchise network and is expanding its international development activities in Mexico.

What you will do

• Drive the development pipeline for new restaurant sites, openings, and closures through the international approval process.
• Guide franchisees through market visits, business reviews, site selection, planning, and project management.
• Lead market mapping and identify Potential Trade Areas to support long-term development plans.
• Coordinate with Construction, Design, and Operations from lease execution through design, construction, operations turnover, and opening.
• Track milestones, maintain the development pipeline, and report progress in regional team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative environment.
• Leadership, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, GIS, Oracle, and other database systems, plus regional real estate or business experience in Latin America, including direct experience in South America.
