What you will do
- Manage and coordinate large-scale banking system implementation and upgrade projects.
- Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately 50–60 members.
- Plan, execute, track, and report on project delivery, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, clients, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate governance and status meetings while maintaining project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Drive timely resolution of risks and issues and ensure alignment between project objectives, client expectations, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 11–13+ years of experience managing banking system projects.
- 11+ years of project management or PMO experience.
- Strong experience with banking and financial services projects.
- Experience managing banking system implementations, upgrades, or T24/Temenos projects.
- Experience managing large teams of approximately 50–60 members.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
