Client Business Partner (FMCG)

Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania

Salary: RON 138,600–162,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own commercial relationships with a portfolio of existing clients and deliver revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, scope, price, negotiate, and close opportunities for NIQ services.
• Renew continuous services and expand recurring and ad-hoc client engagements.
• Develop client strategies that align business priorities with NIQ products and capabilities.
• Forecast revenue, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with execution and operations teams.
• Represent NIQ at internal and external conferences while improving client satisfaction and NPS.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in market research or marketing.
• Proven sales record, including experience selling enterprise-based solutions and generating revenue from existing clients.
• Strong knowledge of consumer research methodologies and FMCG manufacturer and retailer challenges.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, responsibility, and goal orientation.
• Fluent English and Romanian required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
