Americas Payroll Analyst

What you will do

• Support pre-payroll, payroll processing, calculations, accounting entries, monthly reconciliation, and CFDI processing.
• Assist with off-cycle payrolls, including Aguinaldo, PTU, and other special calculations.
• Manage employee payroll inquiries through established systems and communication channels.
• Support IMSS processes, including registrations, terminations, salary changes, and medical leave validation.
• Assist with SUA, ISN, FONACOT, payroll-related benefits, and payments.
• Contribute to LATAM payroll support, process improvement initiatives, and operational projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payroll or a related role.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation, including LFT, LISR, and LSS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to interact with management.
• English conversation and meeting participation skills are preferred.
• Experience with STRADA or Workday is advantageous.
