Location: Remote from Mexico, the Philippines, Colombia, Argentina, or Costa Rica.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and EOR partners, including payroll inputs, outputs, statutory contributions, invoices, reports, and salary disbursements.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies, escalations, employee queries, off-cycle requests, adjustments, and payroll documentation needs.
• Coordinate onboarding payroll readiness, including benefits enrollment, statutory registrations, insurance, banking details, tax documentation, and payroll profiles.
• Support Commercial and Customer Success teams with payroll pre-sales questions, feasibility assessments, quotations, and client-facing operational requests.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to improve payroll workflows, reporting, onboarding processes, automation opportunities, and internal documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations, EOR operations, HR operations, or global workforce management.
• Experience with multi-country payroll or EOR and payroll providers is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding coordination, and operational workflows.
• Excellent organization, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product, Commercial, and external vendors in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Advanced English communication skills required.

• Experience with payroll platforms, HRIS, or operational systems.
• Experience supporting payroll-related pre-sales and operational feasibility assessments.
