HR Business Partner

Location: Office-based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with some work-from-home flexibility.

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, including facilitating terminations with management.
• Prepare reports, analyze HR data, and identify turnover trends through exit interview analysis.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments.
• Develop and deliver training for employees and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in the Cincinnati office; work-from-home flexibility may be available after training for eligible positions.
