What you will do

• Partner with regional leads to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and conflict mediation to ensure positive resolution.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and seamless onboarding.
• Administer compensation and benefits, including promotion reviews and payroll reporting.
• Manage HR compliance and Workday data entry to ensure accurate and compliant employee records.
• Implement performance management programs, goal setting, and annual reviews for manager-level and below.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
