What you will do
- Partner with regional leads to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and conflict mediation to ensure positive resolution.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and seamless onboarding.
- Administer compensation and benefits, including promotion reviews and payroll reporting.
- Manage HR compliance and Workday data entry to ensure accurate and compliant employee records.
- Implement performance management programs, goal setting, and annual reviews for manager-level and below.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
