Outbound Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist (US Market)

Location: Permanent remote work aligned with 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Bowling Green, KY time.

What you will do

• Make approximately 400 outbound cold calls per day from provided prospect lists.
• Introduce insurance services using a provided script and maintain a natural, professional conversation.
• Collect prospect names and addresses, qualify interest, and complete live transfers to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and operate the client’s dialing platform.
• Track and meet daily and weekly KPIs for call volume, contact rates, and successful transfers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely transfers.

Requirements

• Prior outbound cold-calling or lead-generation experience, preferably with American customers.
• Professional verbal communication and the ability to follow scripts naturally.
• Resilience when handling rejection and a self-motivated, independent work style.
• Strong attention to detail when recording prospect information.
• Ability to work the required 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Bowling Green, KY schedule.
