TL;DR

What you will do

  • Perform high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Qualify prospects and conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through job postings and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline stages in the CRM.
  • Coordinate qualified lead handoffs to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
  • Achieve daily and weekly activity targets and conversion goals.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Availability during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
  • Confidence and professionalism when making high-volume outbound cold calls.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple follow-ups.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Cold Caller, or Recruiter.
  • Experience using CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • Background in commission-based or performance-driven sales environments.
