What you will do
- Perform high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Qualify prospects and conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through job postings and marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline stages in the CRM.
- Coordinate qualified lead handoffs to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets and conversion goals.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Availability during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
- Confidence and professionalism when making high-volume outbound cold calls.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple follow-ups.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Cold Caller, or Recruiter.
- Experience using CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies.
- Background in commission-based or performance-driven sales environments.
