What you will do

• Manage regional rollout targets for mast and rooftop sites across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Define implementation plans and rollout phases for multi-project infrastructure deployments.
• Track milestones across deployment tools and databases while optimizing workflows and processes.
• Control infrastructure expansion resources and budgets, taking corrective action when targets or costs deviate.
• Lead alignment meetings with project managers and suppliers and engage senior management and clients on targets and KPIs.
• Provide functional leadership to project teams and introduce innovative technologies and streamlined workflows.

Requirements

• University degree in business engineering, telecommunications, business administration, or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of experience in cost and project management, including functional team leadership.
• Extensive experience with telecommunications infrastructure, deployment processes, and workflow design.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with deployment databases and modern workflow technologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, process optimization, and budget-control skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce or TIMS platforms.
