Professional Services Financial Planning Manager

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process. Global travel may be required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Partner with the VP Tagetik and global functional leaders on strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with global functional teams to improve financial visibility, resource allocation, and accountability.
• Plan, forecast, and analyze professional services performance, including billable hours, utilization, percent-of-completion revenue recognition, and project milestones.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and provide clear financial recommendations to senior management.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses while improving planning and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial decision support.
• Strong systems aptitude; experience with SAP or similar ERP or planning tools is preferred.
• Exposure to SaaS or professional services businesses and familiarity with billable hours, utilization, percent-of-completion, and project milestones is strongly preferred.
• Experience working across regions or in a global business environment is preferred.
