What you will do

  • Provide technical guidance to the Corrective Action Review Board and support aircraft-level safety, reliability, and security processes.
  • Lead corrective action requests from initiation through closure, including triage, investigation, tracking, and validation.
  • Review non-conformance reports, quality escapes, customer findings, and production issues to define corrective action requirements.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary investigations across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, and suppliers.
  • Drive structured root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans, and effectiveness verification.
  • Identify recurring airframe production issues and support continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, airframe integration, quality engineering, or corrective action management.
  • Experience with quality management systems and issue-tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
