Salary: $100,622 - $150,622 CAD

What you will do
- Support system-level engineering for spacecraft, payloads, and ground segment interfaces.
- Contribute to requirements development, traceability, and interface control.
- Perform mission and system analyses including link budgets, coverage, and operational constraints.
- Coordinate technical inputs across cross-functional teams including RF, avionics, and software.
- Maintain key engineering documentation such as ICDs, VCDs, and technical budgets.
- Support verification, integration, and operational readiness activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, spacecraft development, or mission analysis.
- Strong understanding of spacecraft systems, payload integration, and the engineering lifecycle.
- Proficiency in technical analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, or STK.
- Ability to work independently on defined technical tasks while coordinating with senior leads.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to attend the Toronto office for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with RF, optical payloads, or remote sensing instruments.
- Familiarity with MBSE, digital engineering environments, or configuration management tools.
- Experience with mission operations planning, LEOP support, or anomaly investigation.
- Knowledge of space industry standards such as NASA, ESA/ECSS, or INCOSE.
