What you will do

• Lead product assurance activities across satellite design, development, assembly, integration, and delivery.
• Review design, manufacturing, and test documentation for compliance with requirements and procedures.
• Manage non-conformance reporting, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop, document, and maintain product assurance processes, work instructions, and templates.
• Support supplier quality activities, including documentation reviews and non-conformance management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability and quality requirements into designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, or related).
• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, product assurance, manufacturing, or aerospace.
• Understanding of quality management principles and process-based quality systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Toronto, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, ECSS, NASA, or IEC aerospace quality standards.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience developing quality documentation and work instructions.
• Familiarity with configuration management and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
