What you will do

• Produce consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting for the hirify.global Commercial Group, including Executive Committee and Board-level reports.
• Analyse actual and forecast performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Prepare financial commentary and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insight.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting governance activities.
• Improve reporting processes, systems, and automation to increase efficiency, consistency, and insight.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Significant management reporting experience in a complex, fast-paced, matrix-structured organisation.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial reporting processes, controls, and data governance.
• Ability to analyse complex financial information and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, Excel, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing reports and insights for senior leadership, Executive Committees, and Board-level audiences.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or another complex commercial organisation.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar finance systems.
• Experience with audit requirements, ICFR, EMC, or related compliance frameworks.
• Experience driving process improvements, reporting automation, and finance systems enhancements.
