What you will do

• Own the identification, calculation, and tracking of financial benefits generated through Customer Excellence initiatives.
• Define and maintain consistent methodologies for avoidable demand quantification and cost reduction modelling.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities in collaboration with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Own the Customer Excellence reporting suite, including dashboards and board-level packs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Managed Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Use tools like Databricks to build scalable reporting frameworks and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience in financial analysis or benefits realisation.
• Strong data analysis capability and experience with large datasets.
• Knowledge of energy sector metrics and operational performance improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in building clear, data-led reporting frameworks.
