Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

What you will do

• Produce month-end reporting and performance analysis to track business results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles across international operations.
• Deliver variance analysis and identify key commercial insights to drive decision-making.
• Translate complex financial data into meaningful recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple business functions.

Requirements

• Professional qualification: Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI.
• Experience with AI-enabled reporting tools or automation.
