Buyer Procurement Operations

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; hybrid schedule with office attendance at AFZ, Heredia on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, plus occasional additional office days.

What you will do

• Monitor procurement system integrations, resolve errors, place purchase orders, and process invoice disputes.
• Maintain purchasing data, including pricing, order profiles, supplier records, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate daily operations between purchasing stakeholders, manufacturing sites, and administrative departments.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline procurement processes.
• Provide status updates on purchased goods and services and ensure compliance with organizational, environmental, health, and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience and an understanding of purchasing processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• B2 English proficiency required.
• Unrestricted right to work for hirify.global in Costa Rica required.
