Commodity Manager (Temp Agency)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working when possible

What you will do

• Develop and implement long-term category strategies aligned with financial and operational objectives.
• Identify, assess, onboard, and manage strategic suppliers through performance management and business reviews.
• Lead complex negotiations covering pricing, contractual terms, and service-level agreements.
• Analyze markets, commodity trends, price volatility, and macroeconomic changes affecting the supply base.
• Identify supply chain disruption risks and implement contingency plans for business continuity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, Programs, and Operations to integrate business needs into sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in strategic category management, global sourcing, and complex contract negotiation.
• Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical tools.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
