Infrastructure Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: Assigned Mexico region; hybrid work model with an office-first arrangement. Travel is required.

What you will do

• Identify new markets and infrastructure location opportunities aligned with expansion plans.
• Source, negotiate, and close contracts for land or commercial spaces in strategic and field-identified locations.
• Validate property documentation and define strategies for accreditation and contract execution.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, legal teams, business partners, operations, and city officials.
• Manage 10+ infrastructure and access projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Handle contract renewals and related administrative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate real estate and commercial expansion, preferably in retail, hospitality, convenience stores, or similar sectors.
• Experience with site selection, land negotiation, and commercial location scouting.
• In-depth knowledge of land documentation and legal processes, including deeds, leases, property taxes, and water services.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
