Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner - Langford, BC

Location: Onsite in Langford, BC, Canada, with Monday–Friday working hours from 9:00 to 17:00.

Salary: CAD 70,000–100,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and internal equity, plus monthly bonuses and sales incentives.

What you will do

• Provide client counselling, product education, and personalized hearing solution recommendations.
• Conduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients and determine suitable care options.
• Maintain continuous care and meaningful relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, families, physicians, colleagues, and third-party payees.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience while supporting sales and holistic care objectives.

Requirements

• Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner status with a Canadian provincial regulatory body or college is required.
• Passion for client service and holistic care.
• Confidence in recommending and selling appropriate hearing care solutions.
• Curiosity about audiology, hearing science, new technology, and clients’ individual needs.
• Students and candidates working toward professional licensure may also be considered.
