What you will do

• Drive adoption and utilization of Xvantage™, CRM, IDA, Zendesk, and other digital platform capabilities.
• Align platform initiatives with business goals alongside country and regional leaders.
• Lead onboarding, enablement, deployment, and change management for standardized platform processes.
• Champion process harmonization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on using platform capabilities to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor adoption and business impact metrics, providing insights and recommendations to regional teams and Global Platform Business.

Requirements

• Experience leading digital transformation, platform adoption, or business enablement initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology with business results.
• Knowledge of CRM, analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, or digital platforms.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, KPIs, and business performance measurement.
• Fluent English required.
