Sr. Director Digital and Process Transformation, Electrical Connections

Location: Hybrid role based in St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; domestic and international travel of up to 20% is required.

Compensation range: $204,400–$304,000 annually, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead multi-year digital and process transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy and growth objectives.
• Identify and scale digital use cases involving data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Redesign end-to-end processes using Lean, Agile, and systems-thinking methodologies.
• Own the transformation portfolio, including investment cases, KPIs, governance, and value realization plans.
• Lead change management, advise senior leaders, and drive adoption of new tools and operating models.
• Build and develop a high-performing Business Process Analyst team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, process excellence, strategy, or operational leadership within industrial, electrical, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven success leading enterprise or regional transformation initiatives with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
• Strong experience with Lean, Agile, portfolio or program management, scaled Agile environments, and digitally enabled process improvement.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, cloud technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience influencing VP and SVP stakeholders and leading direct and matrixed teams without always having direct authority.
