About the role
Cast AI is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support its global growth across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll partner with hiring managers worldwide, lead end-to-end recruitment, leverage AI-powered recruiting tools, and help build scalable hiring processes in a fast-growing unicorn SaaS company.

Responsibilities
— Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage.
— Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market teams to define hiring strategies.
— Source and attract top talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC using modern sourcing techniques and AI tools.
— Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on structured interviewing, hiring best practices, and candidate experience.
— Build scalable recruitment processes and continuously improve hiring practices.
— Drive an inclusive hiring experience and attract diverse talent.

Requirements
— 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
— Proven experience hiring technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) internationally.
— Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar).
— Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
— Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
— Excellent written and spoken English.
