Competitive compensation: $120,000–130,000 USD depending on experience

Zenity is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across both Go-to-Market and Engineering hiring. You’ll partner directly with business leaders, build sourcing strategies from scratch, and work in an AI-first recruiting environment at one of the fastest-growing AI security companies.

What you’ll be doing:
— Manage end-to-end recruitment across GTM and technical roles
— Develop sourcing strategies for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering hiring
— Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
— Use AI tools daily for sourcing, outreach, research, and pipeline management
— Lead interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions
— Own recruiting metrics and provide data-driven hiring insights
— Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer

What they’re looking for:
— 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both GTM and technical hiring
— Background in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS recruitment
— Experience in high-growth startup environments
— Proven ability to build talent pipelines from scratch
— Strong stakeholder management across commercial and engineering teams
— Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows
— Strong ATS and recruiting analytics experience
