What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Build inbound and outbound candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess technical skills, cultural alignment, and company-value fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collaborate on offers, and guide candidates through closing.
• Use recruiting data to report progress and continuously improve results and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Ability to work three days per week from the Mountain View office.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and different experience levels.
• Successful track record of hiring technical talent in the Bay Area.
• Experience with sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
