TL;DR

Product Manager (Web3): Leading the development of tokenization products from concept through scaled adoption with an accent on institutional workflows and regulatory compliance. Focus on designing end-to-end token issuance, lifecycle management, and interoperability while collaborating with engineering and legal teams.

What you will do

• Own the tokenization product roadmap, prioritizing epics and managing releases for issuance and lifecycle events.
• Lead customer discovery workshops with issuers, broker-dealers, and custodians to validate requirements.
• Define end-to-end workflows including minting, identity restrictions, corporate actions, and interoperability.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to write PRDs, user stories, and align on technical security and data models.
• Establish compliance and control requirements, including KYC/AML tooling and auditability patterns.
• Measure product success through KPIs like adoption, retention, and throughput to drive post-launch iterations.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product management experience in fintech, capital markets, payments, or crypto.
• Proven track record of delivering platform products with complex API and operational dependencies.
• Strong customer-facing experience in requirements facilitation and executive communication.
• Solid understanding of digital asset concepts, custody, and settlement fundamentals.
• Experience working in regulated environments alongside Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no H-1B, L-1, etc.).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with transfer agent workflows and clearing/settlement concepts.
• Hands-on knowledge of token standards and smart contract patterns.
• Experience launching B2B products for institutional customers.
