What you will do

• Own the strategy for credit risk assessment and reserve management, evolving models to be smarter and more automated.
• Develop proactive fraud detection controls, freeze mechanisms, and dispute workflows to prevent fraud before it occurs.
• Automate end-to-end onboarding compliance, including KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks.
• Build flexible, platform-oriented systems that allow operations teams to configure risk patterns without engineering bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Collections on risk reserves, payment blocks, and enforcement actions.
• Lead a product team to deliver high ROI and improve KPIs regarding automation rates and risk accuracy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes.
• Fluency in AI and automation with a clear vision on transforming risk operations.
• Proven track record as a Product Manager focusing on platforms, APIs, or operational tooling.
• Strong UX sensibilities for both admin and customer-facing interfaces.
• Business-level proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
• Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in querying data and visualization tools.

• Experience with risk/compliance platforms and third-party screening or fraud detection tooling.
