Source To Contract Associate (SaaS/Tech)

Location: Remote within the United States; the listed office location is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, excluding potential performance-based bonuses or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Manage 5–12 concurrent sourcing projects, from requirements validation through supplier selection and client recommendations.
• Collect and analyze spend data, conduct supply market research, identify suppliers, and develop and manage RFx events.
• Execute reverse auctions, supplier negotiations, and software and enterprise licensing deals across SaaS, technology, professional services, and corporate services.
• Coordinate supplier participation, orientation, milestone tracking, proposal evaluation, and decision-making processes.
• Prepare project documentation, proposal summaries, and client-facing presentations.
• Customize sourcing templates and identify process inefficiencies for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodology, eSourcing technology, and RFx development and management.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and functions for data analysis and presentation.
• Experience with one or more eSourcing tools such as Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, Zycus, or an ERP eSourcing module.
• Basic to intermediate negotiation skills for software contracts and enterprise licensing.
• Strong communication, project management, customer service, decision-making, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude.
• Understanding of retail store categories, pricing structures, key vendors, and sourcing levers.
