Senior Sourcing Manager, Technology

Location: Hybrid work model with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home; available only in Westlake, Texas, or Lone Tree, Colorado. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these locations at their own expense.

Salary: USD $112,300–$157,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple technology procurement projects involving sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and commodity management.
• Develop negotiation plans with business stakeholders to maximize value and savings.
• Negotiate complex technology contracts, including Master Cloud Agreements and deals exceeding $10 million.
• Build and manage supplier category plans, including consolidation and co-termination opportunities.
• Provide recommendations, reports, training, metrics, and project status updates to procurement management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Risk, and other subject matter experts to manage risks, dependencies, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, consulting, vendor management, risk management, or procurement.
• Experience negotiating complex technology Master Agreements and transactions over $10 million.
• Strong research, analytical, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of contract law, risk requirements, industry trends, market competition, and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and work with minimal direction.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship. Proficiency in Excel is required.
