What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and cross-functional coordination.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, risks, dependencies, and implementation constraints.
• Develop client-facing work products and contractual deliverables for VA stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational tools throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support solution validation and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least two years of consulting experience, federal government or federal contractor experience, and business requirements experience.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability and willingness to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.
• Experience documenting and managing requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and creating acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or another federal agency.
• Healthcare IT or healthcare industry experience.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with client-facing consulting engagements.
• Existing Public Trust clearance.
