What you will do

• Interpret study protocols, amendments, and operational documents for clinical system setup.
• Import data between systems and ensure file formats meet system requirements.
• Act as a liaison between end users and application development teams.
• Configure software application approaches for individual users and study teams.
• Write tSQL queries for reporting databases, data feeds, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve problems, and provide end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or Life Sciences.
• Three years of experience in clinical research or system administration in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and familiarity with technical concepts and procedures.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external users from multiple countries and manage several projects concurrently.
• Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly.
