Salary: $68,800 – $94,600 USD

What you will do

• Gather and define detailed business and technical requirements, creating process maps and functional specifications.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira.
• Conduct research and analysis across the SDLC to resolve ambiguities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters within a SAFe Agile framework.
• Support delivery teams during testing, validate system changes, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate meetings to align business users and technical teams on prioritized objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Appian is required.
• Understanding of SQL.
• Must be based in the specified US states.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), or insurance industries.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, SAFe, or Appian Certifications.
• Technical familiarity with Java, Mongo, Kafka, REST API, or MS SQL Server.
• Experience with DataDog, Splunk, or SwaggerHub.
