What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, and system specifications for development.
• Lead system design activities and oversee the implementation and integration of new software solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for business applications and monitor system performance for optimization.
• Design and create reports and dashboards using BI tools to provide real-time business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Operations to execute projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools for data analysis and management.
• Proven experience with system implementation and process improvement.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional certifications such as CBAP or CCBA.
