Business Systems Analyst

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, functional requirements, and system specifications.
• Lead system design and work with developers and IT teams to implement enhancements and new software systems.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, deployment, integration, and ongoing support for business applications.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, monitor system performance, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects, track milestones, scope, budgets, and timelines, and report progress to senior management.
• Analyze business data and create reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Experience with system implementation, process improvement, enterprise applications, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data management, including SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• CBAP or CCBA certification.
• Experience with enterprise applications and business intelligence tools.
