What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation plans to ensure successful, on-time project go-lives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, configure, and support complex workflow solutions.
• Perform data analysis and integration tasks using SQL and healthcare data exchange methods like HL7 and APIs.
• Own client-facing communication regarding project status, risks, and technical issues.
• Document product requirements and create detailed software process flows.
• Provide mentorship to team members and lead internal process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5 to 7 years of experience in software implementation or data integration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with healthcare data exchange methods (HL7, APIs).
• Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and EHR systems.
• Proven experience in project management, including drafting status reports and managing project plans.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
