What you will do

• Implement hirify.global services for large strategic clients in partnership with Client Launch Managers.
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and execution.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering teams on customization requests and technical optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues by identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
• Participate in customer calls and technical discussions with clients and their vendors.
• Contribute to ongoing process and systems improvements within the Solutions Engineering team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar role blending technical fundamentals with customer-facing work.
• Strong technical foundation with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders.
• B.S. in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Must be based in the United States to align with compensation zones and benefits.
