Entry-Level Business Analyst (Software Development)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; office-based with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business needs with senior business analysts.
• Create user requirements, system specifications, validation documentation, and audit materials.
• Collaborate with software development teams to design and implement internal business system processes.
• Troubleshoot development issues and propose solutions aligned with process owner needs, objectives, and timelines.
• Coordinate reporting and data analytics needs with process owners.
• Review and improve business systems, support agile meetings, and present system proposals to senior management.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Internship experience in software development or a clinical environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Business acumen and excellent project management skills.
• Familiarity with application programming, databases, and system design.
