What you will do

• Connect customers to oncology therapies and innovative digital services to improve patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic territory call plans for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and channels.
• Implement virtual and in-person engagement strategies to maximize impact and drive product demand.
• Provide disease-state education and targeted messaging to HCPs to influence prescribing behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, and Marketing to address customer inquiries.
• Manage long-term business relationships and maintain in-depth market and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science or Health.
• Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of promotional success and territory management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record compliant with company standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
