What you will do

• Manage and track all active projects across multiple engineering teams, ensuring visibility into schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate daily Scrum activities and drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning across Agile teams.
• Partner with Product Management to align engineering priorities with business objectives and roadmap commitments.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards to produce executive-level reporting on project health and KPIs.
• Facilitate communication between Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Improve project management processes and organizational workflows to drive accountability and predictability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Proven experience supporting software development in Agile/Scrum environments and strong knowledge of SDLC.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira administration, reporting, and workflow management.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication skills) required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
• Experience with storage, infrastructure, cloud-native applications, Kubernetes, or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed engineering teams.
