What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, governance, and dependencies management.
• Manage project planning and budget refinement.
• Engage and manage expectations of senior stakeholders to mitigate conflict of interests.
• Lead business change management teams and oversee operational Target Operating Model (TOM) coordination.
• Coordinate IT functional changes, testing phases, and final rollouts.
• Manage change requests and ensure deliverables meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in investment or institutional banking.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project management.
• Experience with financial market infrastructure (e.g., SWIFT, Clearstream).
• Ability to work effectively within global and dispersed teams.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
