Client Service Manager (Health Insurance)

What you will do

• Partner with Client Managers to maintain and grow existing business and strengthen account relationships.
• Prepare benefit design analyses, specialized proposals, quotes, financial reports, and market research.
• Develop product implementation specifications, work plans, documents, and communication processes.
• Coordinate enrollment meetings and support clients throughout contract implementation and ongoing account management.
• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day service issues and resolve complex benefit and administrative problems.
• Collaborate with Sales Support Analysts and internal departments to ensure accurate account setup and service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of relevant progressive experience in the area of specialization, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with health insurance, TPA, and self-funded clients.
• Strong service orientation, communication, problem-solving, planning, organization, and critical evaluation skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Pennsylvania and travel as required.
• State-specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health is preferred.
