What you will do

• Handle incoming calls to assist patients with their queries and concerns.
• Conduct outbound collection calls to recover outstanding patient balances.
• Coordinate patient needs by facilitating information flow between consumers, family members, and medical staff.
• Assist third-party entities, such as insurance companies, with queries regarding patient accounts.
• Safeguard protected health information in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• College degree or at least 2 years of college education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Flexibility with work schedules.
• Based in Cebu or CDO, Philippines.
