What you will do
- Handle incoming calls to assist patients with their queries and concerns.
- Conduct outbound collection calls to recover outstanding patient balances.
- Coordinate patient needs by facilitating information flow between consumers, family members, and medical staff.
- Assist third-party entities, such as insurance companies, with queries regarding patient accounts.
- Safeguard protected health information in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- College degree or at least 2 years of college education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Flexibility with work schedules.
- Based in Cebu or CDO, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Degrees or certifications related to the medical field.
- At least 1 year of call center experience specifically related to medical accounts and programs.
