What you will do

• Lead client relationships from onboarding through service optimization.
• Manage client accounts, HR data, and ongoing service delivery.
• Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues for senior living providers.
• Help clients maximize UKG Ready and streamline HR operations.
• Collaborate internally to improve service quality, client outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in client or account management.
• At least 3 years of HR-related experience in payroll, benefits, or HRIS.
• Experience working with senior living providers.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience.
• Two or more years of experience working with senior living providers.
• Prior experience in PEO or HR shared services.
