What you will do

• Lead relationships with assigned clients through regular meetings and service-level agreement management.
• Respond to client inquiries and support general reimbursement account plan operations.
• Manage escalated client and participant issues through the company ticket system.
• Use problem-solving and critical thinking to address non-routine questions and service issues.
• Provide clients with data and insights to support employee benefits education and engagement strategies.
• Identify innovative ways to improve client service and streamline processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role in financial or benefits services.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines and levels of technical and industry experience.
• Ability to obtain Section 125 Cafeteria Plan certification within one year of hire.
• Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and improve existing processes.
