Senior Data Analyst (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii.

Salary: $192,000–$228,000 in starting total cash, including base salary; equity is offered and there is no bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze metrics, trends, and experiments to improve the EHR platform and product experience.
• Investigate complex account and billing questions, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate revenue cycle management workflows to improve accuracy and reduce operational friction.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights for Product, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Data, and Customer Experience stakeholders.
• Support decisions that improve reliability and enable sustainable, profitable growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science-focused roles, including 2+ years in financial analytics or firm-level operations analysis.
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Deep understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, billing, retention, churn, and LTV, as well as operational metrics such as resolution time and product uptime.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or SQL for predictive analytics modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
• Ability to collaborate directly with non-technical, cross-functional stakeholders.
