What you will do

• Own reporting data pipelines, business logic, data quality, and KPI maintenance.
• Investigate KPI changes, reconcile conflicting data sources, and deliver clear analyses and recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in support of actionable business insights.
• Architect data models and contribute to the reporting curated-zone architecture and data democratization efforts.
• Partner with Data Engineering to deliver projects that unlock reliable data for Business Intelligence.
• Support product, marketing, analytics, and core business stakeholders as a trusted BI partner.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in BI Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Advanced to expert SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools.
• Experience with data warehouses and ETL-based data modeling, including technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-ready data models and semantic layers.
• Familiarity with data cataloging tools such as Secoda.
• Experience with consumer-facing subscription, direct-to-consumer, mobile, or web products.
• Understanding of user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.
